Children Don't Need More Information. They Need More Experiences.
S.E.E.D. is SKY Inclusive's delivery architecture for the mandatory Kaushal Bodh skill education curriculum, mandated by CBSE for Classes VI–VIII with approximately 110 hours per year. We do not add another activity package—we operationalize the three Forms of Work with expert facilitation, structured assessment, and a development passport.

Skills
Building tangible and cognitive tools to navigate the world.
Exploration
Venturing beyond the syllabus to discover new domains.
Expression
Learning to communicate, present, and showcase ideas.
Discovery
The ultimate outcome—discovering one's strengths and potential.
The Kaushal Bodh Alignment
Kaushal Bodh organizes skill education into three broad Forms of Work, with students completing one project from each form per grade, totaling nine projects across Classes VI–VIII. S.E.E.D. maps its four pillars directly onto these domains.
Work with Life Forms
(Exploration Focus) Investigate plants, animals, ecosystems, and sustainability through projects like school gardens, hydroponics, and biodiversity observation.
Work with Materials & Machines
(Skills Focus) Build, craft, code, and construct using tools, materials, and basic technology—from woodwork and tie-dye to home automation and AI-assisted projects.
Work in Human Services
(Expression & Discovery Focus) Engage with community needs, health, financial literacy, and service—through projects like museum curation, family health handbooks, and advertising for small businesses.
The S.E.E.D. Experience Domains
Instead of fixed numbers, S.E.E.D. offers domain clusters that schools and students can choose from, aligned with local context and resources.
Life Forms & Ecological Systems
School kitchen gardens, nurseries, and hydroponics. Biodiversity documentation and nature journaling. Animal care and farm animal observation. Water audits and environmental stewardship.

Chat About This DomainThe S.E.E.D. Passport
A digital and physical portfolio that tracks the student's journey across the three Forms of Work. It records Skills demonstrated (tool use, coding, measurement, safety), Exploration depth (field visits, research questions, local context), Expression evidence (Kaushal Mela presentations, written reflections, peer feedback), and Discovery outcomes (self-awareness, emerging interests, career exposure).
Assessment aligns with CBSE's Kaushal Bodh framework: written reflections, oral presentations, portfolio documentation, and teacher observation—not rote memorization.
